Everyone experiences stress, but everyone handles their stress differently. College is a time for growth, learning, and changing. Although, college can be extremely stressful and stress puts a damper on mental health, physical health, motivation, grades, and productivity. In order to balance everything, students need to learn how to manage their stress and learn to allow themselves self-love.

A caterpillar may think its life is over until they bloom in the safety of their cocoon and transform into a beautiful
butterfly. Stress reducing activities allow college students to build a safety "cocoon" in order to promote success and strengthens the quality of effort put into their studies. As a college student, many people rely on caffeine filled drinks, don't get enough sleep and struggle to find regularity in their everyday activities. Cocoon is a program that allows students to learn how to de-stress, get the support they need and grow into a well-rounded student. The program also helps promote coping skills, educate people on mental illnesses and have a place to check-in every once in a while.
